Who owns the equipment?+

The equipment remains owned and managed by our team.

Who owns the generated data?+

The data devices generate is owned by the company behind the device, not by us. These companies sell the data to other companies — your compensation comes from these data sales.

What data gets collected?+

No personal data gets collected. Devices in our network collect data from the outside world (e.g. to support wireless coverage, weather forecasts, autonomous driving/precision farming) which has value to the companies behind the hardware and their clients.

Who installs the equipment?+

Installation is handled by our team or approved local partners.

How much work is involved?+

None beyond providing the location and keeping internet and power available.

How do I get paid?+

Approved locations receive monthly compensation for hosting the device after providing their payment details.

Can I earn from referring other locations?+

Yes — we pay $25 per location that passes our vetting process and gets one or more devices deployed.

How much can I earn?+

Compensation depends on location quality, coverage requirements, and deployment needs. As a rough estimate, compensation is likely to be between $5–25 per month.

What happens to the device if I move?+

You have two options: 1) The device moves with you — one of our installers re-installs it at your new location. 2) One of our installers picks up the device and you stop being a host, if your new location isn't suitable or you no longer wish to participate. Either way, please inform us at least 1 month ahead of time via our contact form.

Can I stop being a host any time?+

Yes — though ideally you host a location for a prolonged period (one to multiple years). If you want to stop, inform us as soon as you decide via our contact form. We'll remove the device within 1 month.
